Prize: Merry Maid Chibiusa

Here's one of 's prizes for winning 2nd place in 's last contest!

For his prize, he wanted a pic of Chibiusa/Rini cosplaying as a maid ^.^

I hope you don't mind that I made her dress navy blue instead of black! It just looked to flat when I was coloring it so I switched it

Also, I tried to draw in my own background but it ended up sucking so I snagged this one from What a life saver!!
