's Spring 2008 contest ^_^
This took me a while to do because I had a different thing drawn and it ended up turning into a different pic
(which I'll post when I color it lol) So yeah, it's Chibiusa/Rini wearing her bathing suit from the SuperS season 
She's supposed to be giant but I don't think she looks like she is due to the lack of a better background I suck at making backgrounds without Photoshop
