Yay! I finally stuck a background on this! 
So here's a colored pic of Moonbeam Witch
My daughter wanted to be in my Confection Cuties thing so I made her into Illeana's fraternal twin sister 
The "dark blue" in the stripes and her hair is actually purple but my scanner is being retarded T_T
Oh well...
