Miss Charlotte has chosen to be Princess Rosalina for Halloween (Rosetta? I kept getting 2 names when I googled her 
) because of how elegant she looks ^_^ Charlotte has ditched her pigtails for the night so she can look like Princess Rosalina (what a pain in the ass that hair is! 
) It's tuff when you have fluffy hair and short bangs! She's also borrowing the Star Locket from Serena/Usagi to complete her look

Nice ^^ and yea...it's kinda odd that Rosalina has two names...maybe Rosetta was her original name but they decided to call her Rosalina instead, lol. And Charlotte looks so cute dressed up as Roaslina.
