OMFG! I LOVE HOW THIS TURNED OUT!!
Ever since I had drawn this pic the 1st time in 2001 on LINED PAPER (because I was poor and didn't have a sketch book or anything
) I've wanted to re-draw it. I really loved the lined paper one but now that my skills have improved, I LOVE this one way more! 
I wanted to color it with marker but I didn't have the right colors for her hair and what not...
So yeah, it's Fuu from Magic Knight Rayearth or whatevs lol I've only read like the 1st part of the manga back when it was in Mixx
