Yay! I finally posted this! I've had it done for a while but I couldn't find the file on my comp 
Anyway, this is for my dear friend
! He had asked me to make up some fuku for his 2 original characters, Harmony and Charity 
I wanted to stay kinda close to the original design and colors for Sailor Moon but make them pastel-ie (a new word? lmao)
