Description
Charlotte is my most favorite character I've ever designed! I've used her in stories since I was in 7th grade back in 1994/1995! She actually started as a "Cat Person" and evolved into this lovely young lady ^_^
So YES this is the same Charlotte as my version of "Chibi Venus"
And she is the main character of Confection Cuties
These are just quick ref pics for me ^_^

This is SUPPOSED to look "scrappy" which is why I didn't outline it! I scanned the pencil drawings, then colored them with PhotoShop ^_^
It will also be uploaded on to my Confection Cuties DA page:

Hmm...... So Charlotte has been around since 1994/1995 eh. Cool, I'm guessing she had a bit of a upgrade to her since those days, Ashley. 
Anyway, great work on her. I hope that someday I could do a special Confection Cuties story for you.
But here's a random question: Who would you pick to voice Charlotte (Along with the other Confection Cuties) if you ever make your series into an anime?
